The Bayshore Gateway Triangle Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is known for serving the public through beautification of landscaping, infrastructure, and revitalizing the community. On March 22, 2025, the agency served its purpose with the Great American Cleanup by collecting 128 lbs of trash from the Haldeman Creek waterway. This included plastic, tires, bottles, metal, radiator fluid bottles, water pipes, and much more. Bayshore CRA has proven over time that the community and its structure are its priority.
The agency is committed to keeping Collier County beautiful and a place where you are able to live, work, and play. This much-needed cleanup did not stop at Haldeman Creek; the agency tackled the South Bayshore Dr. neighborhood on April 7, 2025, with 50 Publix volunteers. South Bayshore residents had a chance to place all their unwanted household and outdoor items in the 30-yard dumpster from Waste Management.
The agency and volunteers had a chance to collect ½ ton of trash from areas in the woods, which only the unhoused use. This included tires, chairs, wood, and other trash. Thanks to the ongoing partnership and support from Keep Collier Beautiful, the residents of Collier County have fostered a strong and enduring relationship that continues to enhance our community. Over the years, this collaboration has laid a solid foundation for environmental stewardship and community engagement, making Collier County an even better place to call home. The growing partnership exemplifies the collective commitment of residents, organizations, and local leaders to maintaining our beautiful environment and promoting a vibrant, united community.
