Being a 4th generation native, Luwana is passionate about protecting and preserving Florida’s natural heritage.
Her professional career began after graduating from the University of Florida and she brings her diverse background
to KCB. With over 25 years as a Management and Marketing professional, Luwana specializes in Employment, Education
and the Environment. She has served in numerous leadership capacities and served as chair for Florida’s Employers Advisory Board,
Business Education Advisory Boards, March of Dimes, United Way, and Junior Achievement. Luwana spearheaded the state’s School-to-Work
initiatives adopted by Gov. Chiles in the 90s. She led her first non-profit group at the age of 13 and continues to promote volunteerism.
