"Recycling helps Keep Collier Beautiful". Help send a yearlong message to Collier County by producing an 8.5" X 11" full-color drawing or painting on the theme "recycling". The contest is open to students first through twelfth grade. Some potential topics could be recycling helps protect our environment, products that are made from recycled cans, plastic, or glass…. Groups of MORE THAN 10, preregister at litternot@earthlink.net or call Cher at 580-8319 Sites: Delnor Wiggins St. Park, Vanderbilt Beach, Lowdermilk Park, Bayview Park, Naples Pier, 10,000 Islands Panther Preserve, TigerTail Beach, Everglades National Park, Immokalee Front Porch, Gordon River, Naples Bay, Goodland, N. Naples neighborhood, Isle of Capri and Pelican Bay (Clam Pass). Additional sites may be added. Following the cleanup, volunteers are invited to a cookout at Lowdermilk Park.
